Hello, i'm Jaiki
I am currently at GyanDhan, working on product analytics for education lending. Before that I was at Loop (health-tech claims) and Apna Mart (retail) โ three very different product surfaces, one method.
My work tends to start with a question nobody's quite answered yet: why did this move? Not the average โ the thing hiding inside it.
Proof of my excellence
At Loop, the query rate on reimbursement claims was stuck at 40%. Everyone treated it as an averaging problem. I broke the volume down by TPA and disease category and found that a small set of segments was carrying most of the total.
About me
I came to product analytics from Materials Science at IIT Kanpur. I didn't take the traditional software path. I found my way here because I like sitting at the intersection of ambiguity and numbers โ the place where nobody's sure yet, but the data is starting to hint at one.
Longer term, I want to build something of my own. I'm actively learning the other side of the table โ GTM thinking, unit economics, how products move from 0โ1 and 1โ10.
Work experience
Beyond work
Outside of work, I read and write about product, data, and the ways teams make decisions. I sketch, edit video, and I'm slowly learning the craft of building things independent of a job.
I'm looking to work with people that make data feel like a superpower rather than a chore โ teams that are hungry to ship and honest about what's not working.
