About
I'm a product analyst working at the intersection of data and product decisions. Most recently at GyanDhan, and before that at Loop (health-tech claims) and Apna Mart (retail). Three different product surfaces, one method: segment before you intervene.
I came to this field from Materials Science at IIT Kanpur. I didn't take the traditional software path. I found my way here because I like sitting at the intersection of ambiguity and numbers — the place where nobody's sure yet, but the data is starting to hint at one.
How I work
When something moves, I don't stop at the number. I segment, break things apart by the dimensions that matter, and look for the concentration hiding inside the average. At Loop that meant decomposing reimbursement-claim queries by TPA and disease category — which cut the query rate from 40% to 32% not by attacking the average, but by acting on the small set of segments doing most of the damage.
I care about the P90 more than the mean. The slowest 10% of anything is what users actually feel. When we targeted P90 turnaround time on slow claims instead of the average, TAT dropped by 21%. The average barely moved. That was the point.
I own experiments end-to-end — design, measurement, monitoring, and rollout. If you want someone who can sit with an ambiguous question and a product team and turn that into a defensible decision, that's the work I'm here for.
What I'm looking for
A role where the data actually matters and the product team is hungry to ship. I'd fit best with people who treat analysis as a lever rather than a report — where the answer to "why did this move?" changes what the team does next week.
Longer term, I want to build something of my own. I'm actively learning the other side of the table — GTM thinking, unit economics, how products move from 0→1 and 1→10. Not in a hurry. Just building the muscle now so that when there's something worth building, the second half isn't the part that holds me back.
Beyond work
Outside of work, I read and write about product, data, and the ways teams make decisions. I sketch, edit video, and I'm slowly learning the craft of building things independent of a job.
I'm looking to work with people that make data feel like a superpower rather than a chore — teams that are hungry to ship and honest about what's not working.
